Making a plan to vote doesn’t end at thinking about how, when, and where you will cast a ballot. It’s about making sure your vote counts, too. One of the last steps in the voting process is making sure your ballot is received.
Tracking your ballot varies state-by-state, but you can easily track your ballot online in most states and the District of Columbia. In Oregon, Wyoming, and Montana, you’ll have to call the local election office to check if your ballot has been counted.
