New York City Coalition For Domestic Worker Member Meeting

The NYC Coalition For Domestic Work was launched in 2021 during the peak of the pandemic to bring together domestic workers, employers, family caregivers, and allies to transform the domestic work sector in New York City toward one that is sustainable and fair for all. Since its launch, the coalition has won outreach and education programs and human rights protections for domestic workers through organizing and holding elected officials accountable to make domestic workers’ rights real. At this meeting, domestic workers who live and work in New York will connect and learn about opportunities to get involved in current campaigns to continue winning rights and enforcement mechanisms for domestic workers.
