Effective Communication for Home Health Aides*

This workshop will help domestic workers foster effective and meaningful communication with elderly adults, promoting their well-being and quality of life. We will share foundational principles, communication strategies, specific communication scenarios, and cultural considerations. These strategies and tips will help home care workers improve their communication skills, especially with older adults in the workplace.
