How to Conduct Worksite Outreach to Care Workers*

Oftentimes, domestic workers and homecare workers worked in isolation, with most working alone. For live-in workers, their working and personal lives intertwined and they are mostly cut off from each other. In this workshop, participants will learn and share best practices for different forms of worksite outreach, how to overcome barriers and challenges and share information with workers. We will build problem-solving skills together so we can overcome isolation and do effective outreach!
