This workshop will explore the momentum around increasing investment in Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), and raising standards for home care workers. We will touch on the centrality of Medicaid in these fights, our movement’s strategy and examples to increase federal and state investment, and how we can connect victories across states to create a $20/hour wage standard for home care workers.
